My name is Natasha Johansen, I am a Director of South Devon Support Services. With over 15 years of comprehensive experience in the care industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our agency.
My background encompasses a wide range of specialised care areas, including:

Through my career, I have worked with private home care agencies and have been self-employed, managing teams of carers for the past four years. My approach to care is rooted in kindness, compassion, and a deep commitment to providing the highest quality support to all my clients.
In this ever-evolving profession, I believe in continuous learning and strive to stay at the forefront of best practices in care. I am dedicated to giving 100% to each client, driven by a genuine passion for my work and a commitment to improving their lives.
Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy horse riding, running, and swimming, which help me maintain a balanced and active lifestyle.

Beverley brings over 15 years of dedicated experience in the care industry to her role as the Director of Care Services at South West Support Services.
Prior to joining the home care sector, Beverley honed her skills and compassion as a nurse at Exeter Hospital, where she provided exceptional care to patients and their families.
